Rant! Dont get sour

I went in the grocery store to pick up a sub, and get water. A quick in and out. My son is two years old, and both have mask. I'm in line for the sub. I'm ordering the sub. My son is sitting in the cart quietly. An old man comes to my son and tries to hand him a lollipop from his bag. I say "no it's ok, no thank you." He looked at me like I was an evil bitch. He didnt ask me if he could give my son one. He just went to hand it to him. I dont know u, my son has his mask on and dont want him to take it off n we are in middle of pandemic shouldn't be hanging children candy. Dont get an attitude if I tell u no.
