Talking- how many words do your LO say?

Ok so my girl completely understands what we are saying and responds appropriately when I ask her/show her things. She babbles constantly and “says” like 4 real words. Mainly mama, dada, please (or cheese), eye (while pointing to her eye), woof woof, meow but that’s it! 
We just had her 18mo visit and they said she should be able to name 5 things and seemed slightly concerned she doesn’t....
How many words do your LO’s say? I’m wondering if my girl is behind because of all the mask wearing in daycare (adults only). She also is the oldest in her daycare class so none of those kids talk yet.

I’m the paranoid one. My 4 year old is speech delayed so I’m constantly concerned. My son only really says mama. We just had his 18 month check up yesterday and his doctor wasn’t too concerned. He makes tons of sounds and babbles a lot. Said they see more words between 18 and 24 months and they should say about 50 words by age 2. I’m probably going to have birth to 3 evaluate him just for my sanity

I wouldn't be concerned yet. Does she say sounds that you understand what they mean? Like my kid says "yeeee" when she wants a lid. Nobody but us would ever know that's what she means but stuff like that counts as learning words. 
My daughter says a small handful of actual words and like 15 animal noises. Mostly she "sounds" that she thinks are words that we've figured out what they mean.
