So I found out that I'm pregnant today. This is my first positive after my mc and I'm trying to be excited but I'm finding it kind of hard. It's hard for me to get pregnant and I have to go through fertility treatments. This time around my body feels totally different so hopefully that's a good thing. Have any of you had an early miscarriage and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy the second round?
