So idk what to think of today

Now the emergency room said I had a misscarriage straight to my face sent me home all frantic. Well my doctors office called and sounded very angry saying the note said that it was only a possibility. That they think I'm still to small to have seen on the ultrasound. And they want me to come in tomorrow and also that I am going to get my levels checked again on Saturday... That if they didn't double that I probably misscarried but that if I do or at least see a really good rise in my levels that I should be fine and we will go about my appointment for my ultrasound when im 8 weeks along...
