Migraine relief?

I've had migranes for 3 days now and ibuprofen only makes the pain go away for a little bit... Any other ideas on how to make this pain go away?

Where is you headache at in your head? Caffeine helps, if you take caffeine pill and ibprfphen that's what I used to do. You can also put a bag of frozen peas behind your neck and put your feet in hot water. Helps pull the blood to your feet and away from your head.

Well just found out I'm pregnant... Took a test randomly to get that out of the way and bfp! Anything for migrane while pregnant? Calling the dr tomorrow to schedule an appointment!

Excedrin usually helps me with mine better than any other medicine. But if you've had it for the past three days you might want to go get it checked out. Better safe than sorry

I have to take 4 Advil Liquigels and down a whole cup of coffee, sometimes two along with a dark cold room and an ice pack on my neck or head. I've had them since I was 2 years old and don't have one specific trigger for them.

Caffeine helps sometimes excederian migraine and putting ice on where it hurts and also the back of the neck usually helps

Icy hot on your temples or front forehead. It will relax your muscles I know it sounds weird but it will work. 👍🏼

See your doctor. If you have migraines often, he/she can prescribe you something to alleviate the pain. There's also something they can prescribe that helps with not getting them so often. The two combined worked well for me.

1 advil 1 aspirin 1 sudafed and a cup of hot black coffee takes the edge off
