Pregnant again!
Hi all!
It has been well over 2 years since I had my son via emergency c section back in May of 2018.
Here we are now and I am pregnant again, of course this was planned because we don’t want our kids far apart in age.
Anyways, I’m just a wee bit nervous attempting a vbac this time around. My doctor did tell me my uterus looked amazing, and I healed nicely for it being such a quick pace c section and that a vbac could definitely be in the talks in the future, so that has given me a bit of relief.
I just have a bit of anxiety going into this journey, and I know I still have a bit of time (due date is estimated May of 2021) before those actual nerves still set in.
I’d love to hear any and all advice:
-success stories, also include your thoughts and struggles
-success rates from stats (I’ll also be gathering research as well)
As you can probably tell, I just have a bit of trauma from having my son, as situations that can literally kill me always leave me feeling a bit wonky.
I appreciate everything!
*edit to add: I did have an epidural and that’s what screwed everything up as they lost his heart rate and my blood pressure dropped immensely
