Pregancy scare

So I had sex over a month and like 5-6 weeks ago with a condom and he pulled out . My pill wasn’t active at the time I then had an allergic reaction to it so I got off it . I got two withdrawal bleeds both heavy clots etc.. it’s now the ending of my withdrawal bleeding and I’m nauseous and have the poops and been super anxious . I also nose bled like a spec of blood and I heard that’s a prego sign I’m super anxious .

Is it possible to get two heavy withdrawal bleeding with clots etc and be pregnant???
