Cramps

Hi I have had some mild cramps on my lower left abdomen mainly sometimes the lower right. It's been going on for the last couple of days. I had problems with cysts in the past so I was on birth control since I was 14. I am now 29 and ttc so I stopped a month ago. I am 6 dpo. Could these cramps be related to pregnancy or could they just be cramps from pms off the pill? I haven't got cramps since I've been on the birth control.
