Working out?
I'm 10w2d and juuuuuust starting to feel a little better/more energy. I still am needing to sleep like 9-10 hours a night and super tired in the morning (like sleep through my alarm for 10 min tired haha). I'm usually doing ok until about 8 at night and crash again. I really want to start working out again, but I can't get one in when I have the energy!! Anyone else in a similar boat?
