Pcos and pregnancy

I was wondering about people with PCOS and how pregnancy was for them.

I fell pregnant and didn't test positive till I was about 7 weeks pregnant. I then ended up miscarrying at nearly 10 week and am now trying again.

I tried testing for an lh surge with no luck, I think I am around 10 days post ovulation and I'm getting symptoms I had when I was originally pregnant, heart burn, nausea, metallic taste in my mouth and congestion but my test comes back negetive.

Has anyone had the same experience and been pregnant or is it just my body playing tricks on me.
