Help-worst pain ever!

I had sex a week ago. And thought I had thrush so I’ve been using a cream, then developed a uti. Now my vagina is causing me unbearable pain, and is extremely swollen on one side- it almost looks like there’s small blisters too. Due to the inflammation when urinating it hits the inflamed areas and and blisters (or whatever it is) and causing a burning/stinging that’s the worst pain I’ve felt. The inflammation and blisters are just past the vagina opening and on the lips. Any ideas???? My period has just started too
