23 weeks

Ok so I haven't stopped vomitting and somehow still have gained 15 pounds. I woke up today with swollen hands. So bad that half way thru the day it took 45 mins to get my rings off 😔 My carpotunnel and sciatica have been horrible. My numb pins and needle right hand wake me up all night. Some days I can barley walk from the lower back pain. I know this will all be worth it in March and yes it seems sooo far away. Any suggestions?
