Need of opinions. I think it's a boil.

Second picture is 24 hours later
It's painful when touched or the skin is moved in any way. The middle toward the red dot is hard almost like puss filled but won't pop. Only hurts not itchy.
I don't think it's a bug bite and I think it's a boil. Has anyone had this much swelling and had a boil this big??
