Measuring 3 weeks ahead

I'm 32+3 but my doc said I've gained too much weight (35lb) and im measuring 36 weeks 46.2cm... does this mean she will come early or the dates are wrong? I'm a little concerned she said i can't gain anymore weight but if I have 8 weeks thats impossible right?

Her heart rate was 148 but dropped to 132
