This would be my 8th pregnancy. 5 losses and 2 kiddos.

Progesterone is rising from after ovulation . I get the same symptoms after I ovulate

At 4DPO it is literally impossible for your symptoms to be related to pregnancy. Implantation hasn't even occurred yet.
They could he symptoms of the flood of hormones following ovulation, which happen regardless of whether you conceive. Or they could be unrelated to your cycle at all. Only time will tell.
