NEED ADVICE!! Constant bleeding with no answers :(

Hello!

I’m currently a bit freaked out. I’m 20 and have always had irregular and heavy periods since I was 13. I got the nexplannon implant when I was 17 and after eight months I stopped getting periods all together and it was a dream!

However, in May of this year I had breakthrough bleeding that turned into a period and I figured that was that. It wasn’t. Over the next three months I had a period every other week.

My doctor put me on the pill to replace my nexplannon and things were good but I had terrible mood swings and they prescribed a different pill for me but switched back to the original one after it immediately gave me a heavy period.

Since then, I have been bleeding for three weeks straight - at first it was spotting for two weeks and then I stopped the pill for three days to try to break the cycle. I continued spotting and then had my usual heavy period and now I’m back to the spotting from before the most recent period.

I don’t know what to do. I keep thinking that maybe it’s a cyst because how is there so much blood still, but what if I’m overreacting?

I’m hoping for some advice if anyone has any :)
