Recurrent UTI

So it’s 7am here and I’ve been awake since 5 in pain with my second UTI this month 🙈 been sat with a hot water bottle between my legs 😂 usually only get them once a year so I’m surprised it’s happened again, I pee religiously after sex too so not sure why it’s happened again. I took antibiotics for a week last time and it cleared up really fast. Has anyone else had recurrent UTI’s? What did you have to do and what did you find helped? Any remedies to help prevent it that you have found actually worked? Thanks 💕
