Menstrual cup infection

Hello! 2nd time using the small cup. I have found that my cervix is extremely low n had lots of leaks because of this this time n painful removal of the cup my vagina felt sore as if I had sex or something. It really different from the first time I used it it was really easy. I did some research n it said to use gentle soap so I used the knock off summer eves to clean it (I think that’s where I went wrong) I now off my period have a bright red/ slightly puffy vulva :/ been using antibiotic/ anti yeast cream any suggestions? Or advice. I think I need so switch back to hand soap probably too gentle of cleaner! This is what the cup looks like cleaned twice what is this?
