Throwing up and fainting on period

It’s happened twice this year now where I’ve just thrown up and sorta fainted with the ringing in my ears I know immediately to put my legs up. So I’m used to fainting on my period it doesn’t happen every period just on the first day I start my period and If I’m active like as I’m not sitting down in that day then it most likely happens. My sister also faints too but throwing up and fainting and experiencing sorta like cramps I think because I only get cramps if Im fainting .... does anyone else deal with this
