BFP immediately after chemical?!

Question

Has anyone ever gotten their rainbow baby right after they had a chemical? I just had a chemical on the 12th of September, I tested this morning & got a positive on my opk! I thought it would’ve taken longe but I guess not🤷🏽‍♀️ can someone give me a little hope!?? Please share your stories with me 🥺 it would really make this a lot more easier & hopeful for me 💛

In January 2020 I had a Chemical. Now this was my 3rd loss and it takes me about 1-2 years after a loss to get pregnant again; due to having PCOS I have trouble conceiving. As soon as the bleeding stopped I went back on my “normal life”, my hcg was negative and I was back to work. In February my Husband and I didn’t even think about trying to get pregnant again. Due to working like mad all February we only had sex 2 times that month so we weren’t like “trying, trying”. 
Once the end of February was here I was about to apply for College and my period was late. With having a Chemical the month before and having PCOS not getting my period for days after it was due was nothing unusual. My Husband told me I should take a pregnancy test just in case because the course I was going to take for school would be very physically demanding of me and if I were pregnant it would be hard. I humored him and sure enough it was positive. I freaked out and called my Doctor. They got me in ASAP to start blood work and monitor my Blood Pressure. I got started on medication, I was closely monitored and my levels were doubling as they should. 
I’m now 34w3d pregnant with a very happy and active baby girl. Due to High Blood Pressure before pregnancy and during I’ll be being induced between 38 and 39 weeks so she will be here very soon.
