Post Ovulation symptoms

Ok ladys! I'm new to ovulation, I have pcos and have recently started ovulating!!! My question is, how you feel in the days/ week after ovulation? I'm not positive if these things are normal or not. And for some of them how long they typically last. I ovulated on the 22nd

We did do the baby dance leading up to and on, but i know its way to early for preg symptoms!

* sore breasts ( feels like pins and needles! Very heavy) iv had this before but randomly due to hormone imbalance 3,4,5,6,7dpo

*Sharp cramps 3,4,5 dpo

* dull ache in Uterus( tmi- almost like the after ache of a bad stomach ache, just constant) 6,7dpo

* very emotional 6,7dpo
