Help contractions

Did light cleaning on mine and baby's room yesterday . Cramped all night couldn't sleep . And cramped most of today . Had a dr appt . I'm measuring a week ahead and I will be getting induced a week before due date . She put me on bedrest for the rest of the day and told me to drink lots of water because I'm dehydrated . The cramps are still coming and going . They're light and my stomach has been really tight and baby has been moving non stop ! I'm currently 29+3 but measuring at 30 weeks ! Share your thoughts ?
