help!?!

i got the iud in december of 2019 after i had my daughter. well i recently started working sep 15th and my period started around the 16th. my last period was back in august around the 22nd or 23rd. ever since i started my period in september i haven’t stopped bleeding. idk if it’s the iud, my work & sleep messing up my body or if i need to go to the doctor. it’s not a lot of bleeding like it fills up half a pad at the most. it’s just been a consistent pace and it’s starting to annoy me. out of all my periods they would only last 5-7 days except this one. keep in mind i haven’t worked in over 3 years and i have to get up every morning at 3 am for work so is it just my body adjusting the change which is making me bleed more???
