Should i choose my health or stay with my husband

I love my husband and i wouldnt want to do anything to ruin us or our marriage , Im just Wondering something if i went home for a few days would that be considered abandoning the marriage or desolation? Because he would view it that way , My reasons for going home would be , Stress -I havent been eating properly , i havent been sleeping well, I am nausaeous and yes im on my period but Most days i dont have the strength to eat Properly like i should , I barely sleep and i would go to the doctor but i dont have medicaid here . im pretty sure if i went home my family would find a way to get me to a doctor i just dont want to up and leave , he wouldnt come with me because he just wouldnt i think hes stubborn at times . I dont know what to do . Would i be wrong for going home for a few days?
