Bloodwork

Yesterday I went for my first round of blood work and urinalysis (she put the orders in last week but this was the first chance I had to get it done). They checked a bunch of different things, but not my hcg. Is this normal, since I had positive pee tests and haven’t had any cramping or bleeding? Or should I call the office and ask about it?

Normally I would text my sister-in-law because we see the same doctor, but my husband doesn’t want anyone to know yet; we miscarried last November and then again in June. I’m 6w4d
