Sex and how often!?!

I have been with my boyfriend for abit two years. We have had sex to start of we was having sex atleast twice a week. We havent had sex for atleast three weeks now. I see him from friday till tuesday. Ive tried to get him in the 'mood' have any of you got any ideas, one; why he doesnt want to? and two; how to get him in the mood?
