Having a cold while pregnant

Ok so I might be pregnant. It's possible, I am in my fertile window 😀 but I just know I am getting a cold. Can feel the dreaded tingle in the back of my throat. Would you take Dayquil? I know it's a big no no while pregnant but I obviously I don't know if I actually am. If no, suggestions on what I can take?
