Anatomy Scan Monday! How to know if something is wrong without having the doc to tell you?

My anatomy scan is Monday and my doctor at my last appointment said that I'm anemic. Ever since then I've been kinda nervous and scared that something might not be going right. How do I tell if the lungs, liver, kidneys, brain, heart, and limbs are working correctly without waiting for the doctor to tell me. Because a lot of times they discard things because its not THAT serious or it might change with time. I'm really scared that they won't tell me right away if something is off.
