Allergic Reaction to prenatals

So I just found out That I’m pregnant Tuesday and that’s when I started my prenatal vitamins but now I’m breaking out in hives all over my body so I think it’s the prenatal vitamins. I don’t have any shortness of breath or anything, it’s just itchy spots all over my body. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I switch prenatal vitamins and see if that helps? Can it hurt my baby? Also ignore my acne in the second picture, this pregnancy thing has really taken a toll on my whole body.
