Change of symptoms

I’m 5 weeks 3days pregnant and when I took my test and they where positive I had nausea on and off but mildly, my boobs were not that sore at all, and I had mild cramping for a few days. Then I just get crampy and very very bloated.

Today so nearly 12 days on I don’t feel as bloated, the nausea has completely gone, cramping I had a hour or so of mild-moderate cramping on Wednesday but none really today. My discharge has really decreased where I had so much after BFP and it was creamy pale yellow/white.

I have done another pregnancy test digital and it now says 3+ weeks gone up from 2-3 last week. I have done a FRER again too and it’s a complete dye stealer.

Story short - I’m so worried something is wrong - I just don’t feel how I did or really pregnant the only thing that hurts and I’ve never had it before is such sore sore boobs all over and very painful nipples with electric shooting pains. Anybody else experienced this? I know symptoms can come and go but it feels dramatic I also have had zero blood loss not even a tiny spot. Which is positive I know
