Line progression? Five weeks

Hello!

I found out I'm pregnant about two weeks ago now, I have an appointment for Monday(10/5) but in the meantime I'm testing every few days because we've lost multiple pregnancies in the past.

These are the same brand test, the bottom one is from 5w2d and the top one is from 5w5d(today), both had similar conditions for my urine, has this happened to any of you and you've been okay? The most recent test isn't darker on the test line but the control line got darker so that means hcg was lower, right? Or is this around when "the hook" effect happens? I'm probably over thinking it but I can't help but worry.
