Covid in pregnancy

So my son was exposed to covid from his dads friend visiting from cali (ya not very smart I know) and was just informed that that friend of his tested positive today. And my son is a hugger so I know for sure he hugged him and everything.

I’m just so livid that his dad doesn’t care about being careful when it comes to covid.

Anyway is there anyone on here that has had covid while pregnant before? Please share your experience I’m freaking out and my partner is freaking out. Thank you!
