Omg!! This pain is killing me.. 29wk and new pain started - Carpal Tunnel Syndromes. Arms pains a lot specially at night.. it goes numb or weakness. Anyone else doing through this pain? If yes how to relief the pain?

Mine got really bad. It got better after the doctor pulled me out of work (I’m 39 weeks tomorrow). I tried braces at night and that didn’t work. So bad I could barely squeeze the toothpaste 🤦🏼‍♀️. He offered me steroid shots. I declined them and just dealt with the pain but it’s something to consider. I’m just the type that barely even wants to take Tylenol while pregnant.

Yep!! Started about week 21. Wrist brace and stretching wasn’t helping.  I ended up trying acupuncture and as soon as she put the need in my ears I had instant relief!  After the appointment it took a day or so but I felt so much better.  Numbing symptoms didn’t go away but the pain and cramping did.  I highly recommend.  I will be going back in a week or so (3weeks after appointment) for more relief.
