Leukorrhea after possible implantation?

I was wondering if anyone’s experienced this and what the result it might have ended up as. Thank you.

My cycle is usually every 28-30 days.

Day 28 - had (what I thought) my first day of period, but only lasted for that one day. It wasn’t heavy either, used a pantyliner. I want to say it’s red but kind of mucusy.

Day 29 - nothing at all in my pantyliner. Not even any tiny red or pink at wiping. So weird.

Day 31- had large amount of clear, thick white discharge

Day 32- same but moderate amount compared to previous

Day 33 - still feeling wet

Day 34 (today) - same as previous, but this time it was milky or creamy white. And to add more confusion, I tested negative for hcg. *sigh*
