No yolk sac at 5.5 weeks?

Is this normal? 5.5 ultrasound and no yolk sac! Just the gestational sac. I have been morning sick for the past two weeks and My boobs are super sore. I am so paranoid I have my 8 week apt on Thursday

I’m only a ftm, but it was my normal. We thought we were 8 weeks but went and was told I’m 5 weeks with only a sac but no yolk. Was devastated thought we lost it. Waited 3 weeks and had an embryo. I’m almost 24 weeks now, no issues with my son. Good luck, don’t give up hope!
