If it ain’t broke don’t fix it lol, I don’t use anything but I do recommend you drinking a lot of water for sure and have a yogurt, not everyday but sometimes. But seriously water is the best thing you can do for your treasures box. Promise. Make sure your washing down there. I don’t recommend any feminine washes that’s just me. Get a mild or sensitive soap for that area only like Dove. Use that soap for you Kitty and booty. P.S. drink that water boo
What to use or do to prevent infection down there or bad smell?

There are way too many people recommending summers eve 😭 anyone with a vagina should stay far far away from that brand!! Summers eve, vagisil, they profit off of telling you your vagina is supposed to smell like flowers. It’s not. It’s supposed to smell like pussy😺 wash the outside with a gentle fragrance free cleanser, do not use fragranced wipes or harsh soap. Let dry completely before putting on underwear. Eat probiotic food. I love kimchi and kombucha and vegan yogurt. Eat leafy greens so the probiotic can make it to your gut without losing its effectiveness. Wear cotton underwear and limit thong use.

Dont wear thongs. They transfer bacteria from anus to vagina.. Dont use summers eve, lumisol etc. Just wash the vulva (outside) with mild soap. Do not put any soap into vagina(inside). . no dettol or anything else . The vagina is self cleaning. Discharge is normal and good. It should not smell foul. If it does, see your doctor and leave Dr. GOOGLE alone. Drink lots of water. Exercise. Eat fruit. Limit folks ejaculating in you. Leftover sperm can give you bacterial vaginosis or yeast infections or BOTH.. no bueno. Some women have chronic yeast infections, leave that relationship and never experience yeast infections with the next man.. Don't stay in wet clothes too long. After the gym get out those clothes. Same for pool and beach. Or a party lol. Sleep without panties at night. Let the area breathe. Take care of your body, mind and spirit. Avoid stressful relatioships, eat well, get sleep, drink water and your body will reflect that self care.

Get Boric Acid suppositories and applicators! The applicators make a huge difference and insert all the way into the vagina. Use every night for 2 weeks. Don’t have sex in that 2 weeks.

cute how women think their partners are really loyal.... any how, even if you treat your self and only get an infection after sex with your partner, he also needs to be treated. it could be some thing in/on his body, that your body is trying to fight off, hints the infection. I had mine change his soap, no smells, no discomfort

GO TO THE DOCTOR. If you have any bad smell, itching, burning, or other signs of infection, don't try to DIY it.To "prevent" a UTI in the future, lots of water with lemon (Citric Acid helps flush the kidneys), to "prevent" yeast infections or bacterial infections, eat yogurt or take probiotics with acidophilus....But if you have anything right now, you have to be properly diagnosed. If you don't get the correct treatment, you can risk problems like infertility depending on what's going on down there.

I struggle with constant UTI’s, yeast infections, BV, and have never been able to find something to help maintain my PH balance. Even the GYN couldn’t help. As soon as I started taking these my vaginal health has never felt better!

I’ve never heard of this. Not saying you’re wrong, but maybe try latex-free condoms, like Skyn.

I have been struggling with infections for a while and these have helped TREMENDOUSLY!! Using a cleanser is a big No-no and can still throw off the pH (even if they say they are balancing)

Had surgery and got the worst yeast infection of my life. Tried all kinds of medicine and soaking in apple cider vinegar cleared it right away. Used two days in a row and gone!

I use apple cider water mixture on a soft cloth and clense the out side area a few times a day and it has always worked gone with in two days or less! I'm highly allergic to the over the counter or prescription creams so thats a no go.

First of all love, thank you for asking sweet little rose petal. 🤗😊 So if you're with one guy, 🧔🏽 awesome! 👍🏽 If you're not with just one partner, do NOT 🙅🏽♀️ have unprotected sex, and do NOT let him ejaculate🍆💦 in you. Because every time a man ejaculates 🍆💦 in you, he throws off your pH balance. 🙀 Really any foreign object that you put inside of your vagina 🐆 can throw off your pH balance. 💁🏽♀️ The more different types of come from different partners that you allow in you, the worse your pH balance can get and probably will get. Let's not forget, you could get bacterial vaginosis, 🦠😱 (from your partner) being up in other coochies so to speak, you can get trichomoniasis, 🦠😱 gonorrhea, 🦠😱 chlamydia, 🦠😱 nasty little stds/Sti's and all of these, every single one, of them can give you a bad smell. They can make you itch, burn when you pee, weird colored discharge, just a lot of uncomfortableness. ❤️(See your OB/Gyn if you have any of this going on love)❤️ So to answer your question, DON'T 🙅🏽♀️ have sex with random or multiple partners, if you do use a condom. DO NOT 🙅🏽♀️ random or multiple partners ejaculate 🍆💦 in you! Again it throws your pH balance 🐆 off. Use no soap 🚫 🧼just water 💦 when you wash your coochie. Bend over in the shower 🚿 and bust it open and rub just rub with the water. 😌 That's it. The vagina is a self-cleaning organ so you really don't need to douche or do anything like that but, 🤷🏽♀️ if you prefer to use soap I suggest (and occasionally use) Summer's Eve ❤️😌 scented or unscented, it doesn't make any difference for me really, it's never given me an issue, never made me itch, it just feels and smells pure and clean. It's wonderful for your pH balance, but if you're having issues right now, I would suggest the sensitive skin Summer's Eve the unscented one if you're just looking for a feminine wash. So that's my advice on this subject. 🤗

Do not use Summer's Eve - marketing scam. You do not need a special wash for your vulva, just very mild fragrance free soap. Worst case scenario, other "special soaps" can clog your pores and glands, leading to nasty infections that can be next to impossible to get rid of. I actually ended up having a gland removed! No more "special products" there, and I've been fine for years now.

A virgin can get a UTI/Yeast infection/BV but some people probably need to read what she wrote. But, your chooch has sweat blands.. you may wanna use a light soap
