Help me figure this out
I took several pregnancy test they all came back negative. After that AF came and It has been gone for 2days now. I have been feeling Nauseous and today while cooking dinner I got very dizzy and had to lay in bed for 30mins. The room felt like it was spinning and like I was going to pass out. Can anyone help me try to figure out what could it be??
