Does your little one throw things when they’re upset?

My baby boy is literally so sweet but when he gets frustrated or overwhelmed he will literally throw himself back onto the floor and hit his head off the floor— get even more angry, grab whatever is around him and throw it I’ll hand him a cup or a cookie like he will just take that and throw up just screaming throwing the biggest tantrum and it’s starting to worry me because I don’t know why he acts like that I really hope it’s just a phase or like maybe he has anger issues? is this normal?? I’m not a angry person, it takes A LOT to maybe even possibly get me to yell. It just doesn’t happen. His dad and I don’t really fight. Like when I say I have no idea why he does this?? Where he learned it?? Idk.

I can’t ignore the behavior, I really can’t. It will continue on and on and it makes me frustrated. I have to attend to him no matter what. That’s my baby I want him to know I got him, he is heard.
