Ovulation or pregnancy CM?

I haven't had a period in almost a month. My cervix is closed and soft also it keeps moving from high to medium. Also it's like it's kinda riled back if that makes any kind of sense. Today when I checked my cervix I have clear and egg white CM. I'm not even for sure if you can ovulate even though you haven't had a period. The CM can stretch and it's kinda like a gel like feeling. What do y'all lovely ladies think? Thanks for all the help :)
