"Delayed" ejaculation?!?

Hi there - my husband and I are newly TTC, but we are both a bit concerned about his ejaculation. When he ejaculates, it oozes rather than shoots and he ejaculates a few minutes after his orgasm, which means he just has to sit inside me in hopes some semen will get inside me. I also have noticed even after waiting once he pulls out his semen seems to be released as he pulls out (I.e. Jus oozes out once he's out of me). I'm not sure why this is happening. It doesn't seem to make sense that it only comes out once he pulls out of me even though we wait  some time before pulling out. I  hoping this won't be an issue to conceive. Anyone else have this issue?? I have no idea what to even refer to it as! I know it's not "delayed", but this is the best way I can describe it! Comes out too late lol! Any advice/insight would be appreciated!
