I am interested in hearing from any lesbian couples from NY that used or are using a known donor.  My wife and I found someone that has offered to be our donor, but we don't know what the best legal route is.  Do we draw up a contract and just have it notarized?  Do we get lawyers?  Do we need two separate lawyers (one for us one for him)?  What type of lawyer do we look for?  Are we allowed to do at home insemination?  Please help.  We're hoping to be able to inseminate by Jan or February.  Ive reached out to Lambda Legal with no luck.  I have to call again and or write, but in the meantime I would love some advice.  TIA
