Any advice on Low Motility on SA

I wanted to get some feedback if possible if anyone has experienced low motility on a SA from their SO and has still conceived without having to seek a fertility specialist. A bit of back story, been ttc to conceive almost two years and SO was told his progressive motility is low. Just trying to see if there is anything y’all did or they took such as vitamins, pills, anything that help to get that % up would be so appreciated. I just want to see what we have to do next and if considering a fertility specialist is our only option.

Thank you!! :)

I haven't had any success. But my husband's parameters are low in every aspect. However, natural conception is possible if motility is your only issue. Some of them are moving forward, which is great! If you want to try some things to help increase motility, he can try vitamins/supplements. Coq10, fish oil, vit D, C, zinc, selenium, antioxidants are all good for sperm health. That's just some of the many things you can try. Good luck to you!

What is your hesitation with seeing a specialist? Cost?

Yes I don’t want to take that route just yet. Nothing against it obviously. Just wondering if anyone had success without doing that with the same circumstances
