If CD 13 was the only day DH and I had sex I’d get a positive by now right?

At the time we weren’t TTC. We decided after O that we would finally start trying again. But we did have unprotected sex CD 13. CD 28 was protected.

Answer

You aren’t out necessarily if you haven’t had a positive test yet. The sperm could have been in you for a few days before fertilization and of course you never truly know what dpo you implant. You still could get a positive!
