Insecure

So today my boyfriend and I were on the phone and he told me his guy friend had sent him a funny picture with his shirt off but covering his nipples. My boyfriend said that he had jokingly commented back with a drooling emoji. I then said “ you never do that for me” and then he said “ how long had it been since you sent me anything like that?” And I then went  quiet because lately I haven’t been feeling good about myself and I had recently bought some lingerie to see how I feel/look. And I took some photos and was gonna send them to him but now I don’t know how to feel.
