Egg cleanse

Hi! Maybe this is a super weird post to I need answers 😂.. I come from a deep rooted Mexican family and one thing we do to get rid of evil eye is an egg cleanse.. lately I have been feeling anxious, paranoia, extreme sadness and just sick I was out of it.. My mother performed an egg cleanse this morning and I am in need of some help to interpret it my mom only knows how to perform the cleanse but my grandmother usually is the on that interprets it and gets rid off the evil spirits. Is anyone else into this or knows how to interpret it? If so please comment on what it may be
