Progesterone pessarys

I’ve had 3mc within the last year, most recent was a MMC with twins at 10 wks in June.

Im currently 4 +5 with 🤞🏻🌈. I’ve been put in progesterone pessarys, only used last 2 nights but I’m finding that they’re giving me a really uncomfortable burning and itch- feels like thrush! Has anyone else experienced this? I would be quite sensitive to any kind of imbalance such as soaps etc and take probiotics. I can’t get speaking to my doctor today. I really want to do all I can to help my baby stay in there but not sure I’ll be able to stick these
