Thoughts on cows milk at 10 months??

My LO is 10 months do you think it’s okay to give 6 oz a day cows milk and rest on demand breastfeeding?

I started mixing at 11 m half formula half whole dha milk

We started cows milk at 10 months. My little was breastfed  fully til 9 months when he stopped. He would nurse at night ONLY. So we started him on formula and he was doing great up until he wAsnt. So halfway into 10 months we started doing half formula half cows and again he did great until he didn’t. By that time he was completely over nursing. And he was refusing his mixed bottles so by 11 months he was on full cows milk.

No. It’s not even recommended to start straights cows milk until after 1yr old. They can’t process dairy proteins properly from straight milk. Other dairy products yes because it’s a by product. Not straight dairy milk though

Wait till 1 year/12 months. Up until then main source of nutrition should come from formula or breast milk. If you need to supplement get formula. I know formula companies give coupons to cut down on the cost
