Chances of being pregnant

My be a stupid question but was just wanting opinions. So I am on a birth control pill and have been on it since I gave birth to my son Jan 2019. Anyways I was about to start my sugar pills and thought I finished all my regular pills but I didn’t. “Found out later when I went to throw the pack away.” I missed three days of the pill. I bleed for about two days but after never got my period unless that was my period? My husband and I did have sex twice during that time. Just wondering if there a chance I could be pregnant again? Also would I feel symptoms this soon? This happened about a week and a half ago. Thanks
