Welcome to the Anterior placenta club

Nan

I had my anatomy scan today at 20+2 and they told me I have an anterior placenta (and close to my cervix). Im not too worried, as long as it's not covering my cervix I trust it will move. But I am more bummed that I can't feel my little dude move. He's SUPER active and I can feel his kicks, especially at night when I'm on my side/tummy. I can tell on the doppler when he's moving like crazy but I can't feel it ☹. I'm so so happy he's healthy and still a little bummed. I also think I'm missing out on so much due to covid and my partner being stationed outside the country (military). So I feel like it's just one more thing I don't get to experience.
