11 wks PP....and PREGNANT?!?

Sooo...I’m 11 weeks PP. I have had one period. What’s y’all’s thoughts on this...is it legit? 😬😅😂 we didn’t use protection the first time. We are so welcoming of this little babe (will be our third), just surprised at the timing! Also nervous because my first two were c-sections....(first was emergency due to cord being wrapped 2x and second was scheduled). Will I be a high risk pregnancy given my history of c sections and not waiting a year to get pregnant again?
